Back to baking

I launched a new sourdough starter last month which means I have to bake bread at least once a week to keep it happy. It is still developing its character but is off to a good beginning.

Below are today’s loaves fresh out of the oven.

1-WP_20160316_16_37_08_Pro and below are last week’s loaves which have already been consumed – very flavorful with good structure and nice, chewy crust.
